N-Artworks is the trading name of sole proprietor N-Artworks Damian Niewczas, based in Germany. N-Artworks creates and distributes digital add-ons and graphical enhancements for PC games, including Euro Truck Simulator 2 and American Truck Simulator. In these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to N-Artworks. “You” refers to the customer.
Our products are downloadable digital files (textures and related assets) for PC games. They are not official products of the game developers or publishers. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Prices are shown in EUR. Applicable VAT or sales taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on the customer’s location.
After successful payment, customers receive instant access to their purchased product via a secure download link provided by our payment platform.
When you buy a product from N-Artworks, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the mod for your own non-commercial gameplay. You may not:
We may provide updates to keep the mod compatible with new game versions or to add improvements. Access to updates is included for the product you purchased. We do not guarantee updates for any specific period of time.

Our Products require a properly installed legal copy of the base game on PC and sufficient hardware performance. We cannot guarantee a specific frame rate or performance on your system.
We are not liable for any loss of save games, mods or data resulting from the use of our products. Use of mods is at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes any mandatory consumer rights granted by the law of your country.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
