Because our products are digital files delivered immediately after purchase, all sales are final.

Refunds may only be issued in the following cases:

• Duplicate or accidental duplicate purchase
• Technical issues preventing access to the download
• Incorrect charge or payment error

Refunds will not be issued for:

• change of mind,
• dissatisfaction with visual style or content,
• incompatibility caused by third-party mods,
• failure to meet system requirements,
• user installation errors.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
